The Client Reporting Team in Hangzhou support the reporting delivery for SSGA APAC clients as well as operational support of day-to-day activities. People in this position will closely work with portfolio manager, relationship manager, operation team and performance team to collect data and investment commentaries, perform necessary review and deliver report before deadlines. This position will also be responsible for processing clients/funds activities through SSGA internal systems. In addition to daily responsibilities, the role also includes participation in various projects and process improvement activities.

　　Work with portfolio managers, relationship managers, performance teams and operations to collect, calculate and consolidate data and documentsWork with accounting teams and performance teams to ensure the reports are delivered to clients within timelineReview and ensure data accuracy, work with related teams to solve data issuesMonitor report delivery, make sure of report timeliness and accuracyTactical automation to improve work efficiency, process improvement to pursue risk excellence.Process clients/funds activities (shareholder services activities) through Company's internal systemsExtensive liaison with the business to provide accurate and timely daily operational support and follow up on queriesFollow a Risk excellence framework by undertaking regular reviews and improvement of operational procedures and controls processInvolved in changes, projects and other initiatives related to primary responsibilities

　　Required Skills/ Experience:

　　Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree or other advanced degree preferred5+ years of working experiences in financial industry, especially in client service, fund operations in asset management industryFamiliar with fund/asset management industry concepts, products, and practicesStrong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills, collaboration skills, and detail orientedProven ability to collaborate and drive execution within the organization and build strong professional relationshipsStrong ability and experience to drive changes and projectsKnowledgeable of processes, risks, controls and controls designStrong English Language skills (Reading / Writing / Verbal)Japanese as second foreign language is preferred (Reading / Writing / Verbal)Self-motivated professional with the ability to work under pressure and meet bold deadlines and goals
