The Tax Administration Services Bureau within the Michigan Department of Treasury is seeking a dynamic leader to manage the administration of its Individual Income Tax Customer Contact Section.  Primary responsibilities of the Customer Contact Section include providing a consistent high level of customer service to taxpayer calls and providing accurate and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.  Additionally, this position will provide daily leadership to achieve metrics, staffing patterns, oversight of training of new staff, and working with the administrator on section strategic goals.
