　　Responsibilities

　　Contains advanced technical knowledge of accounting standards and reporting standards in researching, completing, and reviewing technical areas.Addresses questions on technical accounting matters from team members and upper-level client management.Has intermediate to advanced level tax preparation skillsPerforms a detailed review of team's workflow and monitors tasks to ensure they are assigned and completed on a timely basis.Manages multiple assignments with an engagement.Communicates with Partner, Manager and/or Supervising Senior on work status and client issues that arise.Has advanced knowledge of applicable accounting software (e.g., CCH Axcess Engagement, GFR, etc.)Participates in planning and execution of client engagement in collaboration with the Manager and/or Partner on the job.Identifies opportunities to leverage staff including designing staffing structure of engagement.Leads small to medium sized assignments with finalized document and report requiring minimal change upon review.Trains, supervises, and mentors staffTakes a lead role in client and team meetings and contributes innovative ideas and strategic initiatives

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree with a preferred field of study in accounting3+ years of relevant work and industry experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong people skillsAbility to work independently, but also work well with others
