　　Minimumof12 yearsof recent and relevantexperience.One of the following:RedHat Certified Engineer(RHCE) OR Red HatCertifiedArchitect (RHCA) OR CiscoCertified Network Professional(CCNP)ORCisco Certified Design Expert(CCDE),OR Cisco CertifiedInternetworkExpert (CCIE)OR Microsoft MCSA, MCSE orreplacement certification.Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise teams, service deliverymetrics,and ensure compliance with SLAs.Domain expertise:ITSM,System Tools,Virtualization,Security, PaaS, IaaS, IaC.Technical skills:ITIL/ITSM frameworks,Office 365, Exchange, Teams,Skype & SharePoint,Windows Server,AWS, Azure & Google,VMware,InfoSec,Security Endpoint Configuration Management.Strong written and oral communication skills.
