　　Kforce has a client in Linthicum Heights, MD that is seeking a Stakeholder Relations Specialist.Responsibilities: The Stakeholder Relations Specialist will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media channels Provide accurate information about products/services, availability, and policies Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently, escalating when necessary Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to offer tailored solutions and recommendations Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and inquiries The Stakeholder Relations Specialist will identify opportunities for improvement in customer service procedures and suggest possible solutions Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

　　Requirements

　　High School diploma or equivalent; Some college education preferred Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Empathetic and patient attitude towards resolving customer issues Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
