　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

　　Essential job function is to monitor, operate, and maintain two (2) glass syringe forming machines in line with other equipment (printer, module or various automated barrel transfer systems), inspection equipment, and ovens. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to read, write and converse in English or Spanish. Willing and able to uphold BD Values.

　　FUNCIONES ESENCIALES

　　La función esencial del trabajo es monitorear, operar y mantener dos (2) máquinas formadoras de jeringas de vidrio en línea con otros equipos (impresora, módulo o varios sistemas automatizadosde transferencia de barriles), equipos de inspección y hornos. Garantiza el cumplimiento de los sistemas, políticas, procedimientos y mejores prácticas de calidad de BD, y todas las regulaciones, políticas y procedimientos de seguridad locales, estatales, federales y de BD. La asistencia regular y puntual es una función laboral esencial. Capacidad para leer, escribir y conversar en inglés o español. Dispuesto y capaz de defender los valores de BD.

　　PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Operators have complete responsibility for their quality, production, waste, and machine workability/accountability.

　　Responsible to monitor, operate, and maintain two (2) glass syringe forming machines.

　　Understand and operate inspection & testing equipment.

　　Responsible for identifying and correcting any dimensional defects and cosmetic defects according to current QC specifications, to ensure good quality.

　　Maintain equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule.

　　Record accurate inspection data as required.

　　Responsible to contribute to the continuous improvement of the process.

　　Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

　　Responsable de identificar y corregir cualquier defecto dimensional y defecto cosmético de acuerdo con las especificaciones actuales de control de calidad, para asegurar una buena calidad.

　　Mantener el equipo de acuerdo con el programa de mantenimiento preventivo.

　　Registre datos de inspección precisos según sea necesario.

　　Responsable de contribuir a la mejora continua del proceso.

　　Otras tareas que sean necesarias para apoyar las necesidades del negocio.

　　MINIMUM EDUCATION - This position has the following educational requirements:

　　H.S. Diploma / GED PreferredMINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

　　5 years manufacturing experience required in lieu of HS Diploma/GED

　　2 years mechanical/technical experience.

　　Use of measurement devices and quality records preferred

　　Experiencia mínima:
