Job Description:
The Staffing Analyst (SA) is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of hiring needs based on forecasted models, hiring and recruiting trends to provide operators and executive leaders reporting to identify operational needs. The SA is responsible for opening and closing of all requisitions, managing data related to contracted hours, predictive hiring needs and reporting for actual hires and trends related to attrition, hiring delays and onboarding delays that affect the overall operations for their assigned region(s). Through quality assurance measures, productive communication and reporting, the SA will ensure that each location within the region is provided with a hiring plan to achieve optimal staffing levels.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Ensure stability of staffing through strong analytical and planning skills as well as clear and effective communication to ensure operational leaders have the appropriate data for staffing optimization
● Conduct regular calls and monitor monthly reporting with DOs and RP to ensure operational stability surrounding staffing needs within the region
● Aggregate data and provide monthly recommendations for hiring needs for established sites, using available tools such as the Predictive Algorithm
● Collect input from operators in order to effectively create and maintain job reqs in Workday reflective of the confirmed hiring needs
● Develop and maintain relationships with the integration team as needed to effectively plan hiring needs and maintain job reqs from the time of contract signing.
● Continuous audit of data sources and predicted vs. actual to ensure accuracy in forecasting, including but not limited to:
○ Shifts/Hours of Coverage/Contracted Hours
○ Actual FTE/Training FTE
○ Termination Data
○ 90 day Attrition Data
○ Onboarding Timeline(s)
○ Filled Reqs/Open Reqs/Past Due Reqs
○ Open Shifts
● Manage the quality and effectiveness of Evergreens, including utilization of company dashboards, reporting for identifying and correcting any invalid data, maintaining accurate geographical areas for candidate flow and efficiency, and frequent regulatory audits and troubleshooting
● Work closely with Operations, TA and other departments as needed
● Seek out opportunities for continuing development and improvement
● Participate in the development of operational strategies and company-wide best practices
Preferred Education and Experience
● A college degree or the equivalent is preferred
● One or more years of data management or analytic experience preferred
● Ability to delegate tasks and set deadlines for your internal team (lateral)
● Display exemplary work ethic, maturity, and professionalism
● Possess a high level of independent judgment, strong innovation and problem-solving skills as well as highly motivated in an independent environment
● Ability to communicate and interface effectively at all levels of the organization
● Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Possess strong computer skills – technologically savvy
● Possess excellent organizational/project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Compensation range: Our compensation range for this position is 40k-50k, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
