This role focuses across 3 areas: enablement of developers - ensuring they have the required skillset and certifications, Equip - provide the right set of tools and technologies which improves developer experience and simplify - the processes from build to release across DT.

  What you get to do in this role:Lead product strategy for developer tools that sets us up for success as we look to grow to $10B+ in revenueUnderstand the lifecycle of development on ServiceNow platform and articulate pain points of developersWork across Internal teams to identify the stakeholders needs to understand how teams within DT build on different ServiceNow instances and accordingly shape and provide inputs to build the developer productivity toolsWork across developer community to collect feedback on current and future Developer productivity tools and raise enhancement requests for improved or new featuresResponsible for the lifecycle of the product from development, release, socialization, adoption, and retiral phasesBuild & enhance a Best practices library which developers can refer to in real-time while coding and building on the platformBuild and report on metrics for the success of developer productivity such as - developer experience, certified developers, cycle time, feature build speed etcBrainstorm and work through different ideas and leverage Gen AI capabilities to enhance and improve developer productivityLead the promotion of across different groups of team members, along with the ability to influence inside and outside of your teamQualifications

  To be successful in this role you have:8+ years of software product management experience, preferably working on an enterprise IaaS, SaaS or PaaSMust have working & functional knowledge on the ServiceNow platform - cloning, app repository, update set movements, upgrades, testing & releases, and the lifecycle development process on the Now platform2 years of experience building on the platform with javascript development experienceSolid understanding of Gen AI LLM concepts and awareness on how its being used to aid in developer productivityStrong prioritization skills based on user feedback and inputs and focus on high-impact activitiesExperience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmapDeep curiosity about developer requirements and a track record in building internal customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutionsThe ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levelsAn understanding of the Agile methodology (preferably scrum certified) to help in getting requirements and stories aligned and deliver in phases#DTjobs
