　　As a Digital Product Manager, you will balance Business, Technology and Design priorities to deliver customer obsessed brand defining experiences within Capital Group's Digital organization. Your work will span the delivery process, from identifying customer needs, assisting with developing the business case, gaining internal investment, defining the experiences, and ensuring successful launch and ongoing enhancements. You will work in an integrated team that represents the end user, our business unit partners and the development teams. You'll play a key role in championing user-centered design within the organization and building relationships between key teams to orchestrate best in class experiences. You are an avid team player with a high level of curiosity that enjoys looking for solutions to challenging business problems.

　　You have prior experience (6-8 years, minimum) in the development and launch of digital product/solution strategy, roadmap and execution focused on frond-end design.You have a demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to drive product roadmap and design to enhance client experience.You are a dynamic people manager with a knack for storytelling and mentoring.You have developed a portfolio of digital products specifically within the wealth management and/or FinTech space and have a high level of financial acumen.You have experience in a consumer environment.You are excited about the opportunity to develop business cases & project plans for products that will affect an end user.You have an aptitude for collaborating with and talking to technical and creative partners, including IT, Design, Operations, etc., and have led project teams in the past.You have the ability to influence business leaders on strategic business matters concerning product development and design.You thrive in ambiguous settings where you help define what success looks like.

　　Southern California Base Salary Range: $125,329-$200,526

　　New York Base Salary Range: $132,855-$212,568

　　In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
