Also involves some exposure to risk of injury from moving, lifting, or positioning patients, equipment, or materials; and exposure to loud noises, temperature extremes, cuts/punctures, and combative/violent people.ShiftThis position is primarily Monday through Friday, 12:30pm - 9:00pm, with rotating holidays.Job SummaryThe Staff Support Associate serves as a navigator at the UK Healthcare information desks; this position will assist with way-finding, patient throughput, maintaining a safe environment, and communication between staff and guests. Additional duties include clerical assignments related to customer relations. Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesExcellent communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; the ability to work in fast-paced, high stress, team-centered environment, and an understanding of healthcare information systems.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
