　　What You'll DoPrepare daily dispatch schedule for drivers and equipment, and respond promptly to driver inquiries including breakdowns, directions, and discrepancies.

　　Utilize dynamic routing program to efficiently route outbound product, and monitor drivers' hours to prevent DOT violations.Seek out and schedule backhauls where appropriate; provide inbound report receiving.Build and update inbound and outbound orders in dispatch program.Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, earning excellent benefits including health, Rx, vision, dental, 401K, PTO and paid holidays. Pay range starts at $17.50 per hour.

　　What Experience You NeedAt least 1 year of related work experience dispatching CDL A route delivery drivers.Familiarity with routing software and e-logs preferred.Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining close attention to detail.Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with variety of individuals.Must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instruction including: get along with co-workers without exhibiting behavioral extremes; perform work activities requiring reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to feedback from a supervisor.Physical Requirements:Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptionsRequires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bendingRequires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasksMay require travel by automobile and airplane up for businessMay require a visit facility operations in temperatures at or below freezingMay carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 poundsRequires the use of various electronic tools Requires the ability to relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions: must partner with colleagues without exhibiting behavioral extremes
