Details will be discussed during clinical interview.Clinic hours: Hours will be M-F and may vary from 7a-7p.Minimum pay rate: $34.00Must have proficient IV placement skills for patients of all ages. Must be proficient in intravenous medication administration to patients of all ages. Must be proficient in administrations of blood products. Must be able to follow a variety of Endocrine stimulation protocols. Should be comfortable with blood collection from peripherally placed IV and central lines. Documents and evaluates patient care. Documents and evaluates patients' response to treatments and communicates plan/response to providers as appropriate. Will collaborate effectively with all health care disciplines to facilitate patient plans and outcomes. Provides education as appropriate to patients and their families. Must pass Pediatric Dosage Calculation test post offer and pre-hire at 100% accuracy.May be required to be on-call some weekend/holiday day shifts.Assists patients to move rapidly, uneventfully, and as effectively as possible through their episode of care while maintaining quality and safety as a priority. Delegates, directs, oversees and provides developmentally appropriate patient care.
