SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER, KUP (SINGAPORE)

　　The senior project engineer will be responsible in the planning and execution of all local UPS related installation projects. He will provide the support to the sales and service team and advise on project feasibility study, cost estimation and manage submittals for approval upon order.

　　SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Execute the project management duties and ensure all key milestones are met within the schedule.

　　Generate the schedule plan to monitor for respective functions responsibilities and project executions milestones.

　　Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to carry out the implementation works of the project.

　　Coordinate and Lead the Site Acceptance Test with customer and ensure all documentations are agreed and endorsed for delivery.

　　Schedule and coordinate the on-site testing and ensured smooth transition to the aftermarket team.

　　To provide the first level technical support during project execution.

　　Involve in project feasibility studies and assist Industrial Solution team to generate project cost estimation in term of project management activities.

　　Submit a monthly report on the project status to highlight key issue or concern relating to the project delivery.

　　Provide engineering support on 3rd party product and drawings for submittals purpose.

　　Liaise with 3rd party contractors on project execution and implementation matters.

　　Supervise and provide guidance to the engineers on execution of projects.

　　Takes full leadership of the project management duties and ensures all key milestones are met within the schedule

　　Chairs the bi-weekly meeting with respective departments to update and track the project status

　　Participate in continuous improvement project.

　　QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

　　Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 - 7 years of relevant experience; or

　　Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8 -10 years of relevant experience.

　　WORKING HOURS / LOCATION

　　5-day work week

　　8.30am to 5.15pm

　　Located in Jurong
