Kforce has a client that is seeking a Staff Accountant/Finance Assistant in Reston, VA.Responsibilities:

　　Data entry and record keeping

　　Staff Accountant/Finance Assistant will prepare daily deposits and associated reports

　　Process and reconcile credit card donations

　　Assist with processing invoices and other accounts payable

　　Prepare work papers for year-end external audit

　　As a Staff Accountant/Finance Assistant, you will answer staff inquiries and prepare other accounting analyses

　　Complete other duties as assigned by the CFO

　　3 years of prior accounting or bookkeeping experience

　　Experience in Oracle NetSuite

　　Prior experience with Bill, Concur, or a similar online payment processing system

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
