　　Our client is a family owned real estate and equipment leasing company headquartered in San Francisco. They operate globally with coverage over Asia, Europe, Australia, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Must have knowledge of GAAP to ensure adherence to it.

　　Responsible for all accounting and finance operations, processes and records of the consolidated organization including overseeing accounting.

　　Responsible for G/L, month end close/reporting assistance, bank reconciliations, fixed assts, audit support and also, reports on managed equipment.

　　Prepare, review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

　　Prepare Daily Cash Summary, Major Cash Requirement Report and Cash Projections

　　Key Requirements include:

　　3+ years of experience - open to straight out of public

　　Dynamic and eager to learn (will be doing some ad hoc accounting for owner in addition to AP)

　　Good attitude - everybody is nice and works well together. Bad attitudes won't fly

　　This is not a huge growth role but it has great people and tremendous stability
