This is a newly created Staff Accountant position to support the continued organic growth and recent acquisitions. As Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintain the accounting records, analyzing financial data and contributing to the overall financial performance of the company and team!

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Month-End Close: Assist in the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports.

　　Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare financial reports for management review.

　　Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.

　　Audit Support: Support external and internal audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

　　Acquisition Integration: Play a key role in the integration of financial systems and processes following acquisitions.

　　Ad-hoc Projects: Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the finance leadership team.

　　Interested candidates must have a bachelor degree in accounting, finance or business with one or more years of accounting experience with assisting with month-end close, journal entries, accounting and bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions and some financial analysis or variance analysis experience. Strong working knowledge of Excel is required.

　　Requirements - Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment

　　Experience with ERP systems

　　BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

　　Fully formed organizational, written and verbal communication skills

　　Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

　　Skillful in analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities

　　Foundational knowledge in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation

　　Proven knowledge of Monthly Reconciliation

　　General familiarity with financial analysis

　　Practical knowledge of variance analysis

　　Proficiency in Month-end Journal Entries

　　Experience with Monthly Bank Reconciliation

　　University Degree experience desired

　　Well-founded grasp of Intercompany Transaction

　　Month-end Close Activities experience required

　　Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines

　　Be detailed, flexible, and organized

　　1+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience

　　Spreadsheet and database capabilities
