Description We are offering a contract for a proficient Staff Accountant in Long Beach, California. You will be an integral part of our team, managing financial transactions, maintaining accuracy in financial records, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial transactions and record them with precision

• Handle the management of bank deposits and statements

• Maintain company ledgers and balance books meticulously

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports periodically

• Regularly conduct audits to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies

• Assist in the preparation of the company's budget

• Effectively manage payroll and invoices

• Prepare tax payments in a timely and accurate manner

• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations

• Utilize standard bookkeeping software like NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP effectively. Requirements • Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) management

• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with General Ledger operations

• Proficiency in NetSuite software usage

• Experience with Oracle financial software

• Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software

• Knowledge and experience in SAP financial software
