Description We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team in the manufacturing industry, situated in Warminster, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be tasked with managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in customer records, and addressing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing vendor cash receipts, whether from lockbox or ACH payments.

• Managing credit card receipts postings effectively.

• Distributing monthly accounts receivable statements to clients.

• Issuing inter-company accounts receivable statements.

• Assisting in collections as required.

• Overseeing accounts receivable invoice and inquiries.

• Filing sales and use tax.

• Utilizing various accounting software such as Sage, Epicor, Oracle, OneStream for optimal efficiency. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant in a manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Familiarity with General Ledger management

• Ability to prepare Journal Entries

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in using NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, Sage Accounting Software, Epicor, Oracle CRM, and OneStream

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
