In this role, it will be critical for you to prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliation and be responsible for many aspects of internal reporting during the monthly close. 　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations which include, but are not limited to, cash, prepaid expenses, and payroll

　　Compose analyses for income statements and monthly balance sheets for management reporting

　　Survey and organize various financial data, reporting it in a useful and understandable manner

　　Manage depreciation, fixed asset ledgers, and reconciliation

　　Compose journal entries and conduct the month end close with minimal supervision

　　Prepare monthly financial close workbooks to support the month end, quarter end and year end closing process

　　Periodic maintenance and reconciliation of journal entries

　　Intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliation

　　In-depth experience with reconciling month end balance sheet accounts

　　Special projects and impromptu reporting, upon request

　　Assist in implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP

　　Play a part in a variety of department-wide initiatives

　　Arrange schedules for capital lease and monthly payments

　　Spreadsheet and database capabilities

　　Skilled in analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Proficient in ERP systems
