You might be a good fit for this Staff Accountant position if you can prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliation. This role is for someone who wants to perform internal reporting during the monthly close, participate in compliance, interact with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and review schedules reporting processes. 　　How you will make an impact

　　Support the month end, quarter end and year end closing process, which includes monthly financial close workbook preparation

　　Thorough experience with month end balance sheet account reconciliations

　　Compose analyses for income statements and monthly balance sheets for management reporting

　　Organize schedules for monthly payments and capital lease

　　Partake in a variety of department-wide initiatives

　　Upon request, take part in special projects and impromptu reporting

　　Contribute to the implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP

　　Manage intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliation

　　Periodic maintenance and reconciliation of journal entries

　　Manage reconciliation, depreciation, and fixed asset ledgers

　　Conduct month end close and compose journal entries with minimal supervision

　　Organize and review a variety of financial data, reporting it in a way that is useful and understandable

　　Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations which include, but are not limited to, cash, prepaid expenses, and payroll Requirements

　　BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, or Finance

　　Skilled with ERP systems

　　Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

　　Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision

　　5+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience

　　Competent with spreadsheets and databases

　　Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines

　　Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment

　　Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required

　　Notable analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Experience with Full Cycle Accounting

　　Foundational knowledge in Power BI

　　Fixed Asset Accounting experience

　　Command of Foreign Currency

　　Solid understanding of cash forecasting
