JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position works closely with wholesale and retailcustomers to determine their needs, answer their questions aboutSherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. In thisposition, you will also be responsible for delivering products tocustomers from Sherwin-Williams stores in a safe and timely manner usingCompany vans or pick-up trucks. Ensure high levels of customersatisfaction through excellent sales service Assist customers in personand over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriateproducts and services Process sales transactions accurately andconsistent with policies and procedures Follow and achieve sales goalson a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintain precise work orderfiles and formulas Pull appropriate products from the sales floor orwarehouse Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specificationsLoad, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely mannerAssist with loading and unloading items from vehicles Maintain the storevehicle and alert the supervisor to repair and servicing needs Adhere toassigned routes and following time schedules Comply with all laws,traffic regulations, safety procedures, etc., when driving a vehiclePrepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries Operateequipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc. MinimumRequirements: Must be at least 21 years of age Must be legallyauthorized to work in the country of employment without needingsponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future Musthave a valid, unrestricted Driver\'s License Must be able, with orwithout reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves andfloor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70lbs. on occasion.
