  Zelle Team:

  Monday - Friday AM shift 8:30 - 5 pm AND Monday - Friday PM shift 12:30 pm - 9 pm

  FD&R Team:

  Tuesday - Saturday AND Sunday - Thursday 10 am - 7 pm.

  Fraud Support will consume inbound/outbound communications through ticket creation/management, providing such fraud support 24x7x365. The Remote Fraud Support team will assist the client Fraud Support Center to assess, evaluate and make decisions on transactional alerts for potential fraud within various user interfaces and provide support by troubleshooting and problem-solving for the clients clients experiencing difficulties using retail applications available on the client’s website. The Fraud Support Analyst will act as a liaison between the client's Fraud Support Center, other client business units and clients of client.

  In addition, the Fraud Support Team will support incoming and outgoing customer contact using approved client methods (i.e. call, email, web portal) to identify and prioritize the interaction. The Fraud Support Team will document pertinent information according to client standards, conducting research to provide resolution or escalation leveraging client operational runbooks and documented knowledge articles.
