Kforce has a client in need of a Staff Accountant in Boston, MA. This client is one of the top Private Equity firms in the country, with offices globally. This role will work within a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office.Responsibilities:

　　Staff Accountant will analyze transaction activity and maintain books and records

　　Manage close process and prepare preliminary US GAAP financial statements

　　Analyze capital account allocations

　　In charge of end-to-end wire transfer process

　　As a Staff Accountant, you will review inbound information requests from investors and determine responsible party for resolution

　　Assist in training staff accountants

　　Responsible for complex funds

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting

　　1-3 years of experience in public accounting or fund administration

　　Strong communication skills

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite products

　　CPA a plus

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
