The duties of Staff Accountant include fixed asset maintenance, bank reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, journal entries, and the preparation of monthly and year-end closings. Be prepared to dedicate a fair amount of time to producing Financial Statements, Cash Flow projections, and Budgets. During the monthly close, your will also be in charge of many aspects of internal reporting. In addition, you will be in charge of communicating with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, playing an active role in compliance, and looking over schedules for the reporting processes.

　　What you get to do every day

　　Play a role in the month end, quarter end and year end closing process including monthly financial close workbook preparation

　　Ad-hoc reporting and special projects, as requested

　　Commentate on a wide variety of financial data and communicate it in a useful and understandable manner

　　Carry out fixed asset ledger, depreciation, and reconciliation

　　Participate in various department-wide initiatives

　　Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses for management reporting

　　Support capital lease and monthly payment schedules

　　Complete month end close, journal entries, without supervision

　　Prepare complex journal entries and account reconciliations including but not limited to cash, prepaid expenses and payroll

　　Support implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP Requirements - Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines

　　Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision

　　JobBOSS experience desired

　　Reconcile Bank Account experience

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Monthly Reporting

　　Expertise in Epicor

　　Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation experience

　　Adeptness in Monthly Balance Sheet

　　Reconcile Bank Statements experience preferred

　　Mature organizational, written and verbal communication skills

　　Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

　　Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment

　　Proficient in ERP systems

　　BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

　　Recent and relevant accounting experience

　　Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

　　Demonstrated ability in exemplary analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Great attention to detail
