　　Chewy seeks detail obsessed, self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Staff Accountants supporting our corporate accounting team based in our Plantation, Florida headquarters. 　　As a staff accountant, you will have the opportunity to take ownership, drive processes and support our business needs as we strive to exceed our customer’s expectations at every step. 　　Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files  Play a key role in the monthly accounting close; recommend improvements in process  Review and analysis of financial statements, business unit P&Ls, and key metrics  Prepare & review key account reconciliations  Prepare year-end and quarter-end audit schedules; liaise with external auditors  Assist internal audit in designing and implementing internal controls over accounting processes  Provide accounting support for business units  What You’ll Need:

　　BA/BS degree in Accounting 0-1+ years of relevant experience Strong technical accounting and financial analytical skills  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in Excel   Experience working with GL software, SQL or Tableau are a big plus  CPA eligibility preferred Chewy is committed to equal opportunity.
