　　Job description

　　• Perform month-end account closing activities, including recording journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and identifying variance drivers for multiple business entities

　　• Perform recurring and ad-hoc accounting tasks, including cash reconciliations and updating financial records

　　• Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitor variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management

　　• Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plan and forecast

　　• Manage and maintain relationship with project management and other business departments to provide financial information, reporting and budget support as needed

　　• Support system improvement initiatives, including streamlining and automating processes and enhancing internal controls

　　• Perform special projects for the Controller and Chief Financial Officer as needed

　　Requirements

　　Key skills and qualifications

　　• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or working towards certification preferred but not required

　　• Excellent analytical skills

　　• Advanced proficiency is MS Excel

　　• Clear communicator with ability to interact with senior leaders

　　• Superior organizational skills, must be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask

　　• A mature professional with excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
