Description

　　Amazon Deals is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with an acute sense of ownership, with a passion for delivering promotions customer experiences (CX), core to worldwide events including Prime Day, and Black Friday Cyber Monday.

　　In this role, you will responsible for the planning and delivery of DealsX CX program initiatives including new customer facing features, promotion unification, and driving stakeholder alignment on investments and business requirements related this work. You will work closely with internal partners from different Amazon organizations including Events, Promotions, Category, Marketplace and other teams.

　　The ideal candidate is a clear communicator (both written and verbal) and experienced planner, that has demonstrated the ability to drive cross-organizational strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and knows how to get things done.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　In this role, you will manage the program for the planning and delivery of the customer experience for Amazon deals and other types of offers, promotions, and discounts in Amazon Retail. You will have the autonomy and responsibility to innovate on behalf of the Amazon customer, and deliver high quality products and features that delight Amazon shoppers. This role will require you to be able to communicate effectively with people at executive levels of multiple organizations. You will be responsible for a global program and will need to work with teams across multiple time zones.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　5+ years of technical product or program management experience

　　3+ years of software development experience

　　5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

　　Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

　　Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

　　Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

　　7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
