　　The Leidos National Security Sector has an exciting opportunity in Washington, DC and Reston, VA. The Sr Network Administrator will be part of an elite team of IT professionals to helping maintain and secure the enterprise environment for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer.

　　Our focus is to help the organization technically transform is current services by leading edge technology insertions. To accomplish this, we are charges with development of new designs, its implementation, and operation of the new and or enhanced services. Over the life of the contract, we will drive continual service improvement by tech modernization, for our (LANs), wide area networks (WAN), unified communication (UC), Video telecommunication and Streaming services.

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Performing system patching and IAVA patches to network routers and switches.

　　Performing IOS and Software upgrades.

　　Creating, reviewing, and publishing in KM system Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for network operations.

　　Troubleshooting systems failures and accessibility problems within the network to our services.

　　Monitoring network performance, track usage and develop capacity planning reports.

　　Developing and maintaining IP Address allocations tables.

　　Making recommendations that enhance operational efficiencies for network monitoring, management, and overall operations.

　　Lead new/enhanced network implementation, installation, and technical refresh projects within a site or locale.

　　Working independently while providing leadership to the rest of the Network team.

　　Will configure, deploy, manage, and maintain Network monitoring systems used by the technicians to ensure availability and overall performance of system and services.

　　Assists with development of network-related implementation and deployment documentation.

　　Required Education, Skills, and Experience

　　Experience in Network Administration.

　　Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of generalized experience or Master's and 6+ years or Associates degree and 6+. Additional relevant experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of degree.

　　Must possess a DoD Approved 8570 Level IAT II Certification (e.g. Security+, CCNA)

　　Clearance Requirement:

　　Must possess an ACTIVE and in-scope TS/SCI polygraph clearance.Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience working with IC customersPay Range:

　　Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
