Description Job Responsibilities:

　　• Prepare and review tax returns on behalf of clients.

　　• Evaluate and recommend tax planning opportunities.

　　• Work directly with clients to request information, provide information, and answer questions.

　　• Assist with managing the full scope of client engagements.

　　• Collaborate and communicate with managers and keep them informed on project status.

　　• Develop strong technical knowledge.

　　• Provide a high level of customer service to staff and clients by being courteous and friendly.

　　• Effectively manage time budgets and deadlines.

　　• Initiate solutions to problems and continue to develop technical expertise to improve professional

　　judgement.

　　• Maintain high level of ownership over projects and tasks assigned to the role.

　　• Actively network and participate in business development.

　　• Learn to recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.

　　• May supervise Staff Accountant(s).

　　Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

　　• Strong knowledge of public accounting

　　• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple priorities

　　• Experience with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and other accounting and tax software

　　• Must be able to handle sensitive information and manage confidentiality

　　• Must be detail-oriented and accurate

　　• Ability to develop and maintain excellent client relations

　　• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　• Able to meet time constraints, budgeted goals and client deadlines

　　• Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks
