　　We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager/Employer Experience, to re-envision the product workflows that our HR clients use to manage the experience of their employees and drive HR outcomes for their business. This role directly impacts Alight's performance, with in-scope products expected to grow share and reduce our cost-to-serve of specific HR solutions.

　　 What you'll Need:

　　Demonstrated ability to conduct both quantitative as well as qualitative discovery (e.g., analyze usage trends and speak with clients in a self-service fashion, respectively, to uncover valuable insights)Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with an agile engineering teamDemonstrated ability to manage toward a particular metric/ KPIDemonstrated empathy towards colleagues and clientsExperience in HR-, healthcare-, and retirement-related products a plusAbility to conduct analytics using more technical tools like SQL, python, Pandas, Google Analytics, etc a plusExperience operating in engineering- and product-transformation contexts a plus

　　Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $134,500.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $205,500.00/year (for full time employees).
