　　Schneider Electric has a challenging opportunity for a passionate individualto assume the role of a Senior Solutions Architecture Engineer (SAE) forThe Industry Business of Schneider Electric providing cutting edge automationsolutions to help machine builders and control panel shop add value to theirsystems through our cutting-edge technologies and services.

　　The right candidate will have a proven track record of experience as anadvanced solution design consultant and engineer in the industrial automationfield (covering PLC, SCADA, Motion, Variable Frequency Drives...etc.).

　　Collaboration and partnering within Schneider's various teams in theindustry business nationally and internationally is key for success.

　　Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide technical pre-sales support for the OEM sales front and back-officeorganization in relation to OEM accounts prescription, machines conversionand/or new machines design specifications (saturation):Visit customers together with our sales teams, and following theirrequests, to actively detect and follow up leads to re-orient towardsbillable pre-sales/ pre-project services such as pre-project consultation,project feasibility studies, site audits, etc.Introduce and promote the complete EcoStruxure TM Machine solutions in termsof strengths, weaknesses, and possibilities.Build demos to help customers visualize the main solutions concepts wheneverrequired (Proof Of Concept "POC").Develop required technical and commercial argumentation documents.Help to close deals by providing differentiating elements to the salesforcefor the commercial argumentation.Be the main technical interface for support requests and solution contracts,in sync with regional and/or global Flex-Centers.This position requires about 35% travel.Be the primary customer technical interface when a SE's [1] ADE [2]is involved

　　Support Channel partners (e.g., Machine Integrators "MI" or ProcessOEMs "POEMs") with their technical sales requests and assist them withwinning their project opportunities/ implementing appropriate TVDAarchitectureWithin the functional requirements and constraints of thesolution/application under analysis, recommend and develop competitivearchitecture (based on TVDAs or customized typical architectures) and itsimplementation which optimally meets OEM customers' needs & requirements.Provide technical expertise to OEM customers when defining their machinespecifications / tender documents.Assist/lead the automation & control system & architecture definitionand create value by advising of advanced potential issues that might affectprojects duration, budget, feasibility, or a combination thereof(e.g., principles, feasibility, limits & constraints, performance, etc.).
