The Sr. Software Engineer - TIBCODeveloper is responsible for collaborating with various applicationteams to design and build sustainable integration solutions to meetbusiness needs and add significant business value. Execute the build,test, and deployment of the integration solution to ensure it meetsdesign specification and ultimately the business requirements. Work withproduct management, architecture, and development teams to builddetailed technical design and specification documents, to meet businessneeds, considering capabilities, risks, and system dependencies. Executethe build, test, and deployment of full lifecycle integration solutionsusing TIBCO BusinessWorks. Champion efforts to ensure appropriatedevelopment best practices. Work on multiple concurrent projects, meetbusiness expectations, influence outcomes, and maintain statedtimelines. Mentor other team members, including external capacity togrow skills in applying PetSmarts best practices and standards. Maytelecommute from any location in the U.S.

　　This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in ComputerScience, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and 5 years related(progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience building integrationsolutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks. Must also have 12 months ofexperience with each of the following: 1) Designing, documenting, anddeveloping integration solutions to enable integration of systems andapplications across an enterprise; 2) Implementing integration(ESB/EAI/SOA) patterns using SDLC processes and agile methodology; 3)Using TIBCO suite of products like BusinessWorks, EMS, TEA, Hawk tointegrate middleware; 4) Working with XML, XSD, DTD, XSLT, XPATH, andJSON; and 5) Working with service-oriented designs and technologies likeREST and SOAP webservices.
