　　Amazonの豊富な品揃え、利便性はそのままに、請求書払いなどの法人・個人事業主のニーズに対応した新しいサービスを提供し、現在では世界9か国でご利用いただき、日本においても東証一部情報企業の75%以上のお客様がご利用いただいている等、急拡大しているサービスです。

　　Enablement Managerは、チームで企画・立案、実行されたenablementプログラム（一般的にはセールス教育担当部門が提供する教育プログラム）を通じて営業のプロダクティビティ向上に責任を持ちます。事業拡大に伴い、急拡大するセールスチームをメインとした、internal stakeholdersと働く形となります。Enablement担当として、セールスメンバーのパフォーマンス分析、outputに繋がるスキル分析をもとにenablementプログラムのプランニング、スケジューリング及びトレーニングやコンテンツのdeliverが重要となります。

　　また、Globalチームのメンバーとして、USやEUチームとのco-workも重要となり、双方連携を通じて、Globalプログラムの推進も行っていただきます。

　　役割と責任

　　セールスプロセスとセールスモーションの分析。セールスチームに必要なスキルを特定。

　　セールスリーダーやプロダクトマネージャーと緊密に連携し、セールスに必要な知識やスキルを把握し、enablement計画を立案。

　　Enablementプログラムの提供を通じて、セールスプロダクティビティの向上。

　　New hireをonboardするためのトレーニング施策の検討と実行。

　　トレーニング担当者としてセールストレーニングの提供。

　　トレーニングやSales kickoff等、Globalイベント、コンテンツの企画、運営。

　　Basic Qualifications

　　7年以上の社会人経験

　　3年以上のSales Trainingもしくは営業メンバーマネージメント及び育成などの経験

　　プログラム遂行する為のプランの作成と遂行を自発的に行える事

　　ビジネスや製品の課題について戦略的に考える力。

　　チームや会社の複数部門と協力して、プロジェクト遂行した経験

　　ビジネスレベルの英語力

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　IT業界での経験

　　5年以上の法人営業経験

　　グローバルプロジェクト経験

　　チームリーダー、マネジメント経験
