Your role at Clorox:
The Senior Sales Analyst will be a critical enabler of the Clorox customer strategy, using data and reporting analytics to bring our sales strategy to life. This role will be responsible for cross-collaborating internally to drive optimized reporting solutions to better understand and adjust to our customers evolving needs. This includes gathering, analyzing, and reporting sales and Shopper/Member Card data.
In this role, you will:
Engage our People as Business Owners: Develop individual capabilities to promote growth within Sales, Omni Marketing, or Category Management. Partner with other Clorox Field Sales Analysts to learn and share best practices.
Drive the Business: Build and update complex reports for retailer, field sales team and co-develop narrative for Business Units. You’ll independently gather and interpret data and identify business drivers and opportunities.
Customer Planning and Business Analysis: Independently engage and interact with buyers and other key retailer contacts while driving execution of the field team's business plan. Mine data to identify volume and AAA opportunities that build proactive customer strategies. Provide reporting and recommendations in support of business decisions or initiatives.
Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: Uses appropriate tools, processes, resources to support Field Sales team. Opportunity to automate via platforms such as Power BI, allowing for time to learn and evolve into new discovery projects.
Communicate findings with wide variety of partners including field sales teams, sales planning teams, retailer contacts and Clorox leadership.
What we look for:
Experience
2-4 Years of experience analyzing data on a CPG company preferred.
Desirable knowledge of how data can shape Sales teams work and the ability to determine data needs from business requirements.
Solid understanding of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
Experience in Data & Analytics at analyst level or above
Adept across Microsoft analytics platforms and strong skills with Power BI Dashboard development, Alteryx and SQL.
Skills
Strong technical, analytical and communication.
Detail oriented with the desire and capacity to work both independently and cross-functionally
Creative, adaptive, able to learn fast and think outside the box, curious about and keen on learning new things

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900
–Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400
–Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900
