About the Role

　　Canon Financial Services (CFS) in Mt. Laurel, NJ is seeking a Business Process Improvement Analyst to assist in the study of business processes, development of proposals for best-in-class cross-functional business processes and management tools to support the various Canon Companies. This is role will focus on the optimization of the strategic direction of Canon Financial Services, providing guidance on automated and/or manual solutions leading various initiatives and projects.

　　This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the officeTuesdays and Wednesdays with an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

　　Your Impact

　　Receives general instruction from manager on new assignments

　　Review the current Canon Financial Services business processes and the systems supporting them to identify needed changes to support the short and long term strategic direction of Canon

　　Discuss business and systems issues with management and assist in recommending appropriate automated or manual solutions to optimize efficiency

　　Facilitate and participate in mapping processes in the assigned area from existing state to future state.

　　Ability to lead small to mid-sized process initiatives or projects

　　Ability to handle multiple projects and conflicting priorities

　　Experience with CFS internal systems, extensive system knowledge and ability to understand system changes to process impacts

　　Ability to provide operational support when applicable

　　About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

　　Bachelor's Degree preferred

　　3 -5 years of related experience.

　　Ability to interpret system change to business outcomes.

　　Strong background with LeaseWave, extensive system knowledge and ability to understand system changes to process impacts.

　　Strong knowledte of CFS internal systems

　　Ability to provide operational support when applicable.

　　Must have excellent analytical, project management and communication skills. Strong relationship building skills required.
