  Job Title: Global MES Snr Practice Consultant

  Job Overview:

  We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Global MES Practice Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and leading MES (Manufacturing Execution System) practice projects on a global scale. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to best practices, maintaining quality standards, and driving efficiency in technical delivery tasks through the implementation of templates, tools, and solutions.

  Responsibilities:

  Project Audits:

  Manage and lead MES practice project audits on a global scale.

  Ensure strict adherence to best practices and quality standards.

  Team Leadership:

  Mentor a team responsible for planning, Testing, publishing, and maintaining templates, tools, and solutions within the Model Driven Competency Centre.Collaboration:

  Collaborate with technical delivery teams, product management, and R&D to identify and implement templates, tools, and solutions that optimize technical delivery tasks.

  Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance MES quality processes.

  Global Solutions Architecture:

  Engage a team of Global Solutions Architects to provide support for ongoing projects in various regions.

  Develop and promote best practices for MES implementations globally.

  Self-Learning System:

  Develop, publish, and maintain a self-learning system for technical delivery resources.

  Enhance knowledge and skills within the team through continuous learning initiatives.

  Project Management Framework:

  Plan and conduct a Project Management Framework for Project Managers and MES Technical Leads.

  Ensure efficient project execution and delivery.

  Quality Enhancement:

  Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Regional Delivery teams to enhance the MES quality process.

  Contribute to more efficient and effective project delivery.

  Partner Collaboration:

  Work closely with Enterprise Partner Managers, Channel Managers, Presales to create develop Partner Program, Surveys, Newsletters, Training for Partners.Communication:

  Team up with Marketing, Product Management, Pre-Sales, Sales, and Delivery teams to create impactful communication for a broader audience through Newsletters and Teams Communication channels.

  Collaboration on Technical and Strategic Initiatives:

  Coordinate with Regional Delivery Leads and Pre-Sales, global Program Managers teams to facilitate discussions on technical and strategic initiatives, identifying gaps within delivery and sales processes to come up with Best Practices.

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in a related field

  Experience in managing and leading MES practice projects on a global scale is advantageous.

  8-10+ years’ experience technically delivering projects in the same or similar product line

  8-10+ years’ technical software solution experience in the target market(s) as it pertains to end user operations and operations support environments.

  Training or equivalent experience developing global processes and templates.

  Training or equivalent experience with a formal Change Management methodology.

  Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.

  Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  Strong individual contributor who thrives in a team environment.

  Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  In-depth knowledge of MES best practices and quality standards.

  Experience in developing and implementing templates, tools, and solutions for technical delivery tasks.

  Familiarity with Project Management Framework
