  Job Description

  As a Sr. Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for OperationsQuality by ensuring compliance with policies, programs, and procedures.You will communicate and contribute to the development of Invenergy\'squality management and continuous improvement system. Additionally, youwill conduct quality audits, evaluations, inspections and facilitatecontinuous improvement activities of Invenergy operations.

  You will assist management in establishing, communicating, andmonitoring safe working procedures for site operations to achievequality expectations. You will manage required compliance activities,including the implementation of the Invenergy Quality management system.

  Responsibilities

  Responsible for performing inspections, audits, and evaluations atInvenergy operated locations to ensure compliance with Invenergypolicies, procedures, and work instructions.Responsible for facilitating continuous improvement activities asnecessary.Assist in the development of Invenergy\'s Quality Management andContinuous improvement system.Perform activities related to the implementation of QMS programsacross Invenergy operated and field service locations.Monitor and evaluate KPIs of Invenergy operations to identifycontinuous improvement opportunities.Complete, document, and submit all required quality reports andrecordkeeping information.Monitor and assist Invenergy operations with completion of requiredquality related documentation in all required systems.Review and provide feedback as needed on policy, procedure, and workinstruction creation.Communicate regular updates regarding quality to Invenergy siteoperations and follow up with the Site Managers as necessary.Manage documentation related to the quality management andcontinuous improvement system.Deliver training on quality policies and procedures as needed.{=html}<>- Perform other quality related duties as assigned.

  Qualifications/Requirements

  Ability and willingness to travel regionally and at times, withminimal advance notice. Up to 70% travel.Technical degree with a minimum of 5 years experience OR a HighSchool Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of experiencein the field of quality assurance or operations management.3+ years of work experience and training that provides theknowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work.Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladderswithout assistance, and work at heights greater than 80 meters (250feet)Must be able to move and manipulate up to 50 pounds.Weight must not exceed 120 kg (265 lbs.) excluding equipment/gearworn when performing job related tasks.Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employervisa sponsorship now or in the futureDesired Qualifications

  3+ years of work experience with continuous improvement methods suchas Lean Six SigmaStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with variousdepartments within Invenergy.Have good written, oral and computer communication skills toeffectively deliver quality related information at all levels of theorganization.Ability to prepare accurate reports containing findings andrecommendations.Ability to perform time critical tasks and a wide variety of duties,maintain responsibilities and oversight of multiple programs asneeded.Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications and otherInternet-based reporting tools.Relevant work experience with a recognized quality management systemsuch as ISO 9001 or equivalent.Preferred experience and knowledge of the risks involved in themaintenance of equipment in the renewable energy generationindustry.Benefits
