This role will serve as the WW Consumer strategic business partner to Central HR organizations to support policy creation, iteration and process improvement. This role will lead the identification and delivery of policy reviews as identified from the Central HR strategic plans.The successful candidate will possess an ability to collaborate and influence across several senior level stakeholders in central teams and PXT field to (1) identify and prioritize critical business needs and implementation pain points, (2) analyze input data, and customer feedback, (3) develop scalable policy and network wide standard practice solutions. This is a new role and will require an ability to communicate effectively, develop mechanisms and embrace change that ill inevitable occur with each initiative and create a path where there is none.Key job responsibilities* Drive culture of innovation, simplification and continuous improvement through testing policy mechanisms, best practice sharing, advocacy and hands-on leadership.* Build/prioritize policy roadmap and drive the tactical execution of key Policy initiatives, including content creation.* Manage and resolve escalations thoroughly and with appropriate urgency.* Manage projects and processes in an environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.* Work with a diverse group of stakeholders to understand processes, policies, when to leverage other mechanisms and to validate effectiveness of policy solutions.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Arlington, VA, USA | Bellevue, WA, USA | Nashville, TN, USA | Seattle, WA, USA* 5+ years of experience in program or project management* Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements* Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field* Project management and execution skills.* Master's degree in related discipline* Experience working in Global team environment* Experience creating and building talent and/or leadership development and rotational programs globally* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* High quality document preparation and presentation skills* Analytical and data interpretation skills* Ability to create reports and analyze people metrics * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion* Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams* Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $100,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $187,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
