We are seeking a Sr Quality Project Lead-Title lll OSD to work out of our growing Camden, AR location.

　　Works under limited general direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining methods and approaches to assignments. Performs a variety of assignments of diverse scope and complexity.

　　Essential Functions

　　The Quality Project Lead role will manage the overall Quality modernization/DX/MRP project to ensure optimal processing velocity and quality performance on the GMLRS-IM line in Camden, and Stinger and Javelin lines at VAO. Project management includes tracking of the constituent potential quality improvements, removing barriers, ensuring proper cross COE and programmatic communication and ensuring a method for decision making with proper data analytics is in place. The project lead ensures the WBS for all potential improvement plans are consistent with overall Title III OSD budget and schedule constraints.

　　Requires a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
