　　As one of the nation’s largest single-source providers of lighting and electrical products, electrical services, electrical construction, and energy management solutions Facility Solutions Group is expanding its staff and seeking aSr. Project Manager to join ourFSG Dallas team.

　　JOB DESCRIPTION

　　As aSr. Project Manager you will be assigned top tier large-scale projects ($25M+) to manage and grow the business.   You skillfully work with our project management, estimating, and sales departments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in Excel, Word and have excellent customer service skills.

　　A Sr. Project Manager will:

　　Work with sales and other internal groups to determine the proper bid strategy

　　Files and maintains all quotation related documents in appropriate software

　　Process project submittal requests within 24 hours of request

　　Review post bid approvals on all assigned projects

　　Posses current knowledge of market conditions and innovations that can improve productivity

　　Consults with clients, vendors, foremen, and personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues

　　Estimate changes for addendums on projects

　　Provides proper project turn-overs to management

　　Accu-Bid software experience a plus

　　Qualifications

　　The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications:

　　High School diploma or GED or experience in Project Management, Estimating, Construction

　　Experience using AccuBid

　　MUST be able to pass drug and background screen

　　Must work at an intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills

　　Ability to multitask while staying organized

　　Self-Motivated

　　Positive customer service skills
