We are currently seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Sr Project Manager to work within the Global Product Development team. This role will work closely with our Global Product Development Managers, functional teams, and IT associates to create and help execute product launch activities for our Brink’s digital retail solutions (DRS). This role will also support critical / strategic accounts through implementation stages of their DRS solutions.
This role will proactively and strategically manage new product development, and new customer implementations, aligning scope and resource needs, creating end-to-end project plans, facilitating execution of deliverables, managing budgets, keeping stakeholders informed of status and risks, coordinating actions with internal departments to fulfill client needs, and tracking progress against plan. It is vital to have strong customer facing communication skills and an ability to identify and escalate barriers to project success. This resource will partner with Product Management resources and market and regional teams and will help ensure activities that support all phases of launch (sales, operations, and customer support) are ready.
In this role, resources will:
Act as a strategic and trustworthy partner to customers; internal and external
Be accountable for the creation and management of one or more project plans, status reports, and risk and issue logs
Manage program calendar and meeting schedule to track towards timely execution of implementation
Collaborate with a cross functional team during a project to inform various stakeholders of upcoming tasks, project status and escalating issues when necessary
Demonstrate the ability to motivate and guide internal teams to deliver according to plan
Lead cross-functional / customer discussions on implementation and / or project activities
Demonstrate core problem solving skills in ambiguous situations to deliver a successful implementation and onboarding
Support change control processes and governance meetings to ensure alignment and integrity of the project scope and timeline
Proactively reach out to customers (internal and external) & decision makers to manage expectations and drive accountability
Partner up with Delivery Leads to communicate and escalate barriers to ensure project success
Facilitate product launch processes for product launch initiatives; create project plans, risk mitigation plans, status reports, and resource plans
Assist in managing market-level product launches

Communicate clearly and regularly between Sales, Product, Customer Success, Customer Care, and other necessary teams to ensure clarity on customer expectations for delivery

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to persuade and influence others
Comfortable leading conversations and building quick rapport with peers and leaders
Able to appropriately set and reset expectations with stakeholders
Project Management
Significant project management experience on complex projects lasting 4+ months
Ability to handle aggressive deadlines, work cross-functionally, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Effective at motivating and communicating the delivery expectations for other internal and external teams
Able to manage multiple activities and prioritize those based on business and customer impact and a “get things done” mindset will be critical to success
Technical
Working understanding of the Brinks systems and processes
Strong understanding of the needs of a Business / IT / Executive
Flexibility
Able to ramp up quickly on new subject matters
Active listening skills and naturally curious about new topics
Critical thinking and problem solving skills are also key
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in a high-performance account management / implementation capacity
5+ years of project management experience preferred
Managing large scale projects
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
PMP and/or LEAN certification a plus
Managing global (multi-market) experience is a significant plus
