　　Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join their PMO. Successful candidate will be taking over for an experienced Project Manager and will be responsible for supporting enterprise wide business/technology transformation efforts in addition to future project initiatives. Seeking someone who has the ability to influence others, has Agile expertise, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and project/program leadership.

　　Successful candidate will partner with business and technical teams in the successful delivery of projects assigned. Will also have influence on the continued evolution of their formal PM methodologies and processes as as well as further adoption of Agile throughout the organization.

　　Bachelors Degree and at least 8+ years experience in a similar role is required.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Work closely with project leaders to first understand their specific needs and then successfully drive planning and execution projects or programs.

　　Work with respective project leads, team members and sponsors to develop effective project or program plans that include scope and goals definition, resource requirements, risks and issues identification and detailed project schedules.

　　Learn and implement best practice PMO processes and tools.

　　Confirm resource needs and assignments and surface any resource capacity gaps that would prevent the team from meeting business objectives.

　　Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.

　　Facilitate project team meetings effectively.

　　Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project lifecycle.

　　Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved through appropriate change management processes.

　　Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to project stakeholders and escalate issues when appropriate

　　Continuously look for and raise awareness of process improvement opportunities for the Elanco PMO.

　　Assist PMO team members in developing specific skills and knowledge that will enhance the less-experienced person’s professional and personal growth.

　　Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):

　　Bachelor level degree

　　8+ years full time project management experience related to one or more of the following disciplines: product development and launch, business process optimization, technology transfer, regulatory submission and/or regulatory compliance, and/or quality assurance.

　　Fluent English language skills

　　Proficient using MS Project

　　Proficient using Agile tool like ADO, Jira, etc.

　　Demonstrated ability to work effectively and influence cross-functional team

　　Ability to multi-task and work on several initiatives at the same time
