　　The pay rate for this job is $23 / hour

　　What you'll be doing as a Office Assistant:

　　Assist with orientations for all new hires, communicating with client for any updates.

　　Must be knowledgeable with spreadsheets, excel.

　　Will be doing other miscellaneous assignments as needed.

　　Available shifts:

　　Shift Timings:  1st Shift (Day)

　　Job requirements:

　　Minimum Education: High School or equivalent

　　Bilingual Preferred. English required, with Spanish preferred. Ability to speak, read and write both languages fluently.

　　Required Minimum Experience: 3 Years. Previous customer service and telephone experience required.

　　Preferred in Experience in the sports industry in pickleball, tennis, racquetball and other racquet/paddle sports. Not required.

　　Minimum Field of Expertise: General office experience and proficiency in the following: Telephone etiquette, Data entry, typing/word processing, filing, and basic math skills for assigned business tasks. Needs to operate varied office equipment. Warehouse experience desired as well.

　　Required Education: Experience in working with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Zoho, Fishbowl, Magento, Shopify and Adobe.

　　Required: Reliable transportation
