　　【職務概要】

　　クライアントサービスマネージャーとプロジェクトマネージャーを補佐し、顧客からの要件を満たしながら決められたスケジュールで臨床試験のサービスを提供し、プロジェクトの遂行を維持する。

　　【職務内容】

　　臨床試験プロジェクトの管理調整業務

　　クライアントサービスマネージャーおよび/またはプロジェクトマネージャー（PM）をサポートしながら、プロジェクトの進捗管理・顧客とのコミュニケーションを行う。

　　顧客やサイトからの問い合わせへの対応：臨床試験に関する問い合わせを記録し、エスカレーションには適切に対応する。

　　必要に応じて、顧客とのミーティング、入札関連のサポートミーティング、電話会議に参加する。

　　毎月の請求書作成サポート：請求期間における臨床試験の内容についてレビューを行う。

　　プロジェクト・マネージャーの指示に従い、社内システム・ソフトウェアを使用しレポートの作成と分析を行う。

　　適切な記録管理のため、社内ITシステムに適切な入力を行う。

　　プロジェクトマネージャー、事業開発マネージャ―の代理で顧客対応のサポートを行う。

　　【応募条件】

　　学歴：大学卒業資格、または同等の経験

　　2年以上の物流・サプライチェーン・貿易実務経験

　　プロジェクトマネジメント経験があれば尚可

　　日本語・英語の読み書き必須
