As a member of First Western Bank and Trusts Information Technology team the Applications Analyst role will be responsible to provide support for software systems and solutions to end users and customers while ensuring security and integrity of the data and programs that reside within those systems.

Assist in deploying existing and new solutionsProvide support for users with questions on function, features and usage of system applicationsAssist with IT support tickets - keeping track of recurring issues and common resolutions in each applicationComplete employee access control and termination requestsWork with Applications Officer to monitor and update system applications as neededTrain staff on capabilities and usage of system applicationsAnalyze user habits and recommend improvements to proceduresCommunicate and resolve any discrepancies with systems, user access, or workflowsAPPLICATIONS ANALYST QUALIFICATIONS

- - Associates degree in computer or business-related field or equivalent experience - Two years computer or technical support experience preferred - Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications and operating systems - Knowledge of computer maintenance, software support, network design
