  As a Senior Program Manager, you are responsible to work with Program Managers, Business Analysts and Operations Managers to drive actions across planning, forecasting, data analysis and delivery to drive results for our transportation Operations cutting across Europe

  Role and responsibilities - Eye for detail, uncover trends to go beyond the obvious, identify the “whys”

  Be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, asking questions and taking up challenges

  Deal with multiple teams; understand newer areas of business with ease

  Own multiple projects and driving them to closure

  Responsibility for defining and driving operational/business goals

  Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions

  Building a data oriented culture, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals

  Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, escalations, etc

  Designing and developing strong relationships with senior stakeholder

  Ensuring high quality standards for interviewing and hiring employees at all levels of the org

  Key job responsibilities

  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead reactive scheduling program strategy for Amazon customer outbound network. The role will strategize the overall improvements in linehaul costs, that accounts for $3 BN across Europe and North Amaerica

  • Lead a planning team to support ROC operations through long term operational planning, working closely with finance partners and operations leaders to translate long term requirements into tech pipeline

  • Holding operations leaders accountable for deviation from OP/R&O goals on productivity, defect reductions, operations metrics, etc.

  • Interface and engage with cross-functional stakeholders and Sr leadership to define strategy, operationalize the planning to ensure the efficient delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Define metrics, goals, and strategic direction across functional area(s) in support of overall group vision.

  • Hires, coaches effectively and provides feedback to direct reports to help develop talent and support career development

  • Drives within the team the ability to be fungible and deal with ambiguity while planning for new customer/programs.

  • Demonstrates the ability to adopt new technology and adapt to widely varying customer requirements

  • Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

  • Must be able to quickly understand the business impact of the trends and make decisions based on available data.

  • Must be able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.

  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written as you will be required to create a narrative outlining your weekly findings and the variances to goals, and present these finding in a review forum

  About the team

  The team is responsible to filling in the gap between customer requirements and planning using cutting edge technology and ream-time decision making.

  Hyderabad, TS, IND

  Basic Qualifications

  5+ years of program or project management experience

  Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  Preferred Qualifications

  2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
