We maximize the value of the employee voice.We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to play a key role in developing and innovating content management and implementation strategies for Connections - advancing our ability to deliver the right content, to the right person, at the right time. The ideal candidate for this role will have an Operational Excellence mindset, high technical acumen and a track record for using automation to drive change. You will thrive on stakeholder engagement, ambiguity, problem solving and have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about risks, challenges, and opportunities.Key job responsibilities* Develop strong relationships with and have the ability to influence key stakeholders/partners across diverse roles and levels.* Develop strategies to coordinate content needs across multiple teams for our corporate and field teams ensuring that the highest value content is offered and success/value measured* Define and obsess over the health and continuous improvement of content operations processes with a focus on minimizing cycle time to deploy content and maximizing relevancy for employees* Conduit for scheduling launches reducing exposure to classic failure modes (e.g., requirements not sufficiently understood, ineffective cross-team collaboration, lack of plan to operationalize new features)* Monitor and optimize key performance indicators, enabling you to provide data-driven insights and make data driven decisions in the content operations space.* Executing large-scale project and change management including stakeholder management and communication.* Navigate discordant views, find the best way forward, and influence stakeholders around a solution.* Audit org-wide products and processes for redundancies and inefficiencies and implement improvementsWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Seattle, WA, USA- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field- Successful record of implementing new strategies systems, processes and mechanisms with measurable results, ability to build tools and frameworks that facilitate deployment and change in a complex organization.- Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills are required.- Demonstrated ability to measure the impact of change, both quantitatively and qualitatively.- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.- Technical fluency; comfortable understanding and discussing technology concepts, prioritization, trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members.- Proven ability to influence without authority.
