About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a Product or Product features. You will develop a commercially useful product strategy and lead project execution based on qualitative and quantitative customer understanding. You will be a critical stakeholder for feedback on new feature ideas.
Responsibilities
Defining the roadmap for the individual products/capabilities within the domain in line with technical and commercial goals for the RDP.
Creating processes and aligning and coaching the team to ensure customer needs are met
Leveraging and identifying metrics and data to track progress on customer needs and project budgets
Developing clear go-to-market launch plans through coordinated development with external, customer-facing teams
Driving key end-to-end lifecycle components, from planning to release.
Writing clear requirements for complex features or products
Leading the execution of the roadmap for the individual products/capabilities within the domain with focus on the timely delivery.
Working with key RDP stakeholders to establish profitable business cases.
Requirements
5+ years in Product Management/Product ownership and preferably 7+ years in the industry in product development roles.
Ability to successfully develop and grow products using data-driven, iterative product development approach.
Proven experience in leading product discovery, strong knowledge of product discovery techniques
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with others to achieve results.
Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities, able to think analytically.
Experience in in various technologies to assist day-to-day tasks (Jira, Miro, Excel, Tableau, Databricks, etc.). Have firm grasp of data science techniques and technical architecture principles and best practices.
Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree required with a technical discipline (Computer Science or Engineering) being preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of the workflows and needs of researchers is a plus.
