About VIP Attendant - Full Time

  Description:

  The VIP Attendant is responsible for Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc. Minimum of 1-year hotel experience and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills. Prior supervisory experience preferred.

  Qualifications:

  · A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

  · Refined verbal and written communication skills.

  · Previous cleaning experience preferred.

  · Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.

  · Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.

  · Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.

  · Proficiency with basic computer skills preferred.
