  Labeling Specialist

  Serve as the primary point of contact for management of Labeling activities on assigned projects.

  Your role:

  Work to understand the labeling requirements for a given project and translate to a labeling plan for successful execution. Establish labeling deliverables, timeline, and roadmap for assigned projects.

  Load & maintain project deliverables in tracking system. Proactively ensure labeling deliverables are 100% on-time to commitment dates. Provide Labeling Designer inputs needed to create labeling, including resolving questions & roadblocks.

  This role brings many opportunities to connect with strategic business partners across IGTD. The exposure to many functions and all the IGTD businesses and sites (including Colorado Springs, Plymouth, San Diego, Costa Rica). Leads to a great professional and personal development.

  You're the right fit if:

  3+ years’ experience working with Regulated Labeling, preferably in medical device .

  Project management skills, technical understanding of regulatory requirements for product labeling

  You have a bachelor’s degree.

  Philips Transparency Details

  The pay range for this position is $76,700 to $118,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

  In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.   At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

  Additional Information

  Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Colorado Springs, CO, Plymouth, MN, or San Diego, CA .
